Now I recognize I detest jogging, yet I once I purchased a treadmill. There is zero wrong with a treadmill, but since I like lifting exercising weights my dinero would of been better applied on great home gym equipment with resistance. To get a cardio workout I can circuit train. On the other hand, some people detest lifting free weights, so they should probably buy perhaps a treadmill.
