Delighted After experiencing Verizon FIOS HDTV

We don’t know how to start to share with you how astonished we are after 5 days of experiencing Verizon FiOS HDTV. Let me start with the installation

I wasn’t there during the installation - I had to be at the office, but my girlfriend who was there told me that the person who is in-charge of the installation was courteous and seem to be an expert with he’s doing. I was able to conversed with Verizon guy on the phone when he needed to know my password to my computer to configure the internet. By the time I arrived home from office, the guy had finished the installation and left but my girlfriend was given enough information that I find it easy to use the remote.

Let me just summarize the benefits I like the best.

1. Navigation - certainly easy and I expect in the next couple of days to configure a “favorites” line up which I haven’t started yet.

2. Image quality - I had Brighthouse prior to this…and Brithhouse disregard me when I advised them that the reception coming in to my home wasn’t strong enough, even after I put in an attenuator! The image on every TV in my house …old and new…standard and HD…is better now that with Brighthouse cable!. Honestly now the digital stations look like they are high definition compared to Brighthouse.

3. Station Line up….wow almost everyday gets better and everyday, we always find something new to watch. I am retired Navy….last night I watched F18 Operations aboard Navy Carriers! I watched Military news and caught the Military History Channel and the Pentagon Channel! I was amazed that these programs were in the line up and trust me I’ve told all my retired Navy colleagues . I’m so delighted I made the switch, after experiencing FiOS HDTV, I’ll never switch again for sure.

And as if the Verizon FiOS TV wasn’t enough, my internet connection is faster than never before and my telephone signal is excellent. At long last my telephone finally functions like it was created to work in the first place.

Now….. let’s see. One finds out the most about the company they are transacting with when there are problems. When all is under control…. anyone can be great ….In the weeks and months to come, we’ll see what kind of Customer Service FiOS has . With what I’ve seen so far, I have nothing to worry about!. They’re doing great.
